Racing back to a yellow
Simply put, the moment a yellow flag is waived the running order is frozen. You should not attempt to pass any other vehicle unless that vehicle is clearly off the race-pace due to an accident.   All cautions in any series will be a manual caution.  The admin on the server will notify the drivers using TeamSpeak,  after drivers are notified all drivers are required to slow to the designated pace speed and form a single or double file line which will be determined by the admin.  If any drivers go into the pits during the caution the drivers will do one pace lap to allow the driver in the pits a small amount of time to get back to the track.  The green will not be given until the track is clear and after the drivers in the pits are given their one lap.  All drivers in the pits when the race starts must be cautious comming back onto the track and folow our rules regarding rejoining the track. All drivers involved in the incident or at fault for causing the caution will be lined up in the rear.
After the running order has been determined and all cars are lined up single file the pits will be open. All cars that pit will line up behind the rest of the cars on the track after exiting the pits.  Any positions lost or laps down you go will not be given back upon exiting the pits.  Also the lucky dog will be awarded after the running order is sorted out.  The lucky dog will be awarded to the first car a lap down after the running order has been set.  On the start or restart no driver may pass before the Start/Finish line.  The leader may speed up and all drivers must stay in line and keep up with the leader, the green flag will be given at the Start/Finish line.

Re-joining the track
No driver may rejoin the track until all traffic has passed and your car is facing the exact racing direction.
Any instances of a driver using the racing surface as a place to make a U-turn (180 degree turn) or an unsafe re-entry to the racing surface will result in an automatic loss of points for that race and possibly a suspension from the series.

Use of the ESC key during qualifying
If you MUST use the ESC key in any location you may not return to the track.

Removal from race results
No participant will be removed from race results once the green-flag is taken.

Clearing server issued penalties
No penalties issued by the race servers will be cleared during an event.

Restarting of a race
An event will not be restarted under any circumstances.

Good sportsmanship
Good sportsmanship is the basic foundation of any competition. Competitors are expected to hold the qualities of fairness, honesty, courtesy, and justice to be more important than the outcome of the race.  A person that has won by cheating, or by any means less than honorable, has simply found a way to acquire a trophy, but not a victory. The actual winner is the true sportsman that might go home with nothing in his hands, yet he knows he tried and raced clean. This satisfaction comes from the understanding that the value of winning is in the sheer pleasure of playing the sport with honesty, fairness, and integrity.

Unsportsmanlike Conduct
Any unsportsmanlike conduct, on any scale, is not welcome at any events. Acts of unsportsmanlike conduct have many forms such as arguing, yelling, and losing without grace. No form of unsportsmanlike conduct will be tolerated. Competitors that show poor sportsmanship due to a mistake in judgment will be educated. However, competitors that commit repeated acts of unsportsmanlike conduct will be excluded from all future events.

Flag Observance
All flag rules must be obeyed at all times. Full-course cautions are observed immediately, do not continue at racing speeds to 'race back to the caution'.  The Blue Flag is not a mandatory "move over."

Contact
Contact is allowed in our short track series,  It will be up to the admin if a certain driver is being too rough. All rules regarding cautions will still be followed. NO “Follow-in” maneuvers. A “Follow-in” is designated as when an attacking driver makes no effort to follow the race circuit and instead focuses on taking a rival driver “to the fence” at speed.  All road course races punting is not allowed.  Some side to side contact may happen while passing, but contact must be kept to a minimum. If you punt another driver you must do a drive through on pit road.
In the Demolition Derby class and the Figure 8 class this rule does not imply you may hit drivers anywhere on the track and as hard as you want.

Right to the Line
in road course racing the driver in front has the right to choose any line. The driver attempting to make a pass shall have the right to the line when their front wheel is beside the door of the other vehicle.
Once the trailing car has its front wheels next to the driver of the other vehicle, it is considered that the trailing car has the right to be there and that the leading driver must leave the trailing driver enough "racing room".  In most cases, incidental side-to-side contact is considered to be "just a racing incident," but if a caution is caused due to this contact all drivers involved will be sent to the back.
A driver may choose to protect his line.

Driving Off-course
The competitor is required to follow the marked course during the competition and shall not gain an advantage by an off-course excursion. An off-course excursion is defined as leaving the marked course with all four wheels.
Any positions in close competition (both forward and rear) are automatically forfeit if you go off-course. If you go off-course, your only goal is to slow to a reasonable pace, gain full control of your vehicle, and merge back onto the marked-course in the safest possible way. An unsafe re-entry onto the racing surface is grounds for automatic disqualification.
If your car spins and comes to rest on the racing surface facing any direction other then the exact racing direction, you are required to stay exactly where you are until all race traffic has passed. Only then may you pull your car off the track and work on re-joining the race.  On some courses going off course on the outside may be faster, but you may not use these areas to gain any advantage during races or qualifying,  If this is seen to be happening the driver will be disqualified from the race and given no points.

Marked Course
The "marked course" or "racing surface" is defined by the asphalt or concrete between the two painted lines. Anything outside those lines is considered off-course (this includes curbing). You are allowed to drive no more then two wheels off-course at any time.
Exceptions are made for accident avoidance and/or spin avoidance.

Counter-Course Driving
Operating a vehicle in the direction opposite to the normal traffic flow is strictly prohibited.
Any instances of a driver using the racing surface as a place to make a U-turn (180 degree turn) or an unsafe re-entry to the racing surface will result in an automatic disqualification.

Stopping on course
Stopping on course is expressly prohibited unless in the event of an emergency. "Stopping" includes abrupt and/or unexpected slowing to a near stop. An emergency, for the purposes of this section, is defined mechanical failure or damage from an incident that renders the vehicle unfit to continue.
However, if your car spins and remains on the racing surface facing any direction other then the exact racing direction, you are required to stay exactly where you are until all race traffic has passed. Only then may you pull your car off the track and work on re-joining the race.

Demolition derby.
Do not move before the green lights come on.  Any driver that moves before the green lights come on will be disqualified.  All drivers must Leave their car on track and write "I'm Done" in the in game chat when they are out.  Any driver who's car is unfit to continue or if they are found to be sandbagging will be out.  Any driver that does not make contact with another car in more than 30 seconds will be told to stop the car and write that they are done,  If the driver ignores the admin's decision they will be disqualified.  If a driver is found to be violating the 30 second rule after the race is over they will be disqualified in the results.  Any driver that removes their car from the track will be disqualified.  If a driver goes out of bounds they will be disqualified.

Figure 8
The race will be standing start, no drivers may move before the green flag is given, or they will be disqualified. Drivers are allowed and encouraged to make contact anywhere on the track.  Any driver letting off before the x will be warned and disqualified if they continue to let off.

Event Procedures
Official practice will start at the exact time on the schedule.  Official practice will be 15 minutes.  Qualifying will vary depending on what series is racing. All qualifying will not be private.  During warmup will be the drivers meeting, NO DRIVERS ARE TO BE OUT ON THE TRACK DURING THE MEETING, any drivers that drive during the meeting will be warned once then kicked from the server and disqualified from the race.
After the drivers meeting the admin will advance to the race session.
