- 1. Register - All new drivers must register in the forums.
- 2. In Game Chat - No chat is allowed during the Race and Qualifying sessions. the only exceptions are quick pit in and pit out messages, the admin will also use green and yellow messages for cautions and starting the race. Chat during Practice and Warmup sessions is allowed.
- 3. Chat via Voice - Chatting via voice is allowed during the Race session (not during qualifying). The admin must be able to have voice communication with all drivers at any given time during a race.
- 4. Procedure for Filing a protest or complaint - Protests and Complaints regarding another participant can be made from the time the race is compleled until the start of the next race in that series. Any filings outside the allotted window or protests lacking any information will not be reviewed. Protest / Complaint must have the following information; 1) Event in question 2) Participant or incident in question 3) Exact time-stamp of incident from the replay email your complaint to the RFN owner at rfnowner@yahoo.com
